Lace & Bundles ship within 3-6 business days. 

Wigs & Clip Ins are Pre-Order only. Please allow 7-10 business days on all Pre-Orders.

**UPDATE MAY 2025: Tariff changes may effect shipping timeframes. Orders may be delayed by 2-3 business days

Please keep in mind, you will not receive any updates on your order while it's being processed. After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.

Please note, business days does not include weekends or holidays. (Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays).

After an order is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.

Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If your package is returned, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
